- We offer Free Shipping on orders over £50.
- Free Local Delivery - estimated 1-2 working days. This option will only be visible if your postcode is applicable
- Standard Delivery: £3.50 - estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Fidglets. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Most non-custom items can be returned within 30 days as long as they’re unused and in their original condition. Custom or personalised items can’t be returned unless faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@3dfidglets.co.uk and we’ll put it right.
You’re responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns, and we always recommend using a tracked service.

Safety Information
- All products are UKCA tested for ages 3 and up and include a choking hazard warning due to small parts. They are not suitable for children under 3.
- Some items may separate during normal use and can be reassembled easily.
- Users of any age should be mindful of small components, and younger children should be supervised.
Care Instructions
- Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Keep away from heat. PLA softens at approximately 50 to 60°C, so avoid hot cars, radiators and direct intense sunlight.
- PLA is durable but not impact resistant. Avoid bending, crushing or dropping from height.
- Store in a cool, shaded area to help maintain shape and colour.

- Each product is individually 3D printed, so minor variations and visible layer lines are expected.
- Made from PLA, a plant-based material with a lower environmental impact than conventional plastics.
