Shipping
Where do you ship to?
UK only at this time, hopefully we'll ship elsewhere in the future
How long does shipping take?
Whilst our order processing time is 3–5 working days, we try to dispatch within 48 hours.
You can choose from the following delivery options at checkout:
• Local Delivery - estimated 1-2 working days. This option will only be visible if your postcode is applicable
• Standard Delivery – estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Express Delivery – estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch
All orders are sent with tracking and we receive updates about your parcel.
If you need your order for a specific date, please reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to ensure it gets processed quickly!

How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched you will recieve an email with your tracking information on.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Please message us with the reason for the return, we will do our best to help to resolve any issues where possible.
When contacting us, please include your order number.
You have 30 days from receipt of the order to return items
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have your return, we will endeavour to process this within 10 working days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We may be able to offer this depending on the circumstances. Reach out to us at fidglets@icloud.com and we can discuss.
