Yes! Every Fidglet is fully UKCA tested for toy safety in the UK.

All Fidglets are 3D printed using PLA, a plant-based, non-toxic, eco-friendly material.

Fidglets are sturdy and made for everyday fidgeting, but like all 3D-printed items, they’re not indestructible.

Avoid drops or heavy pressure to help them last longer.

Some items — especially clickers — may loosen or come apart during enthusiastic fidgeting. This is normal!

They’re designed to be easily clicked back together and will work just fine afterward.

If anything becomes cracked or damaged, please stop using it.

It depends on the Fidglet — some are very quiet, while others make a little sound:

• Clickers:
  Clicky switches = loud and clicky
  Quiet Soft switches = quieter with a soft bump
  Quiet Firm switches = quietest and smoothest
  
  All clickers make some sound, but the switch type makes a big difference.
  
• Spinners:
  Usually low-noise, but you may hear a gentle whirr depending on the design.
  
• Other fidgets:
  Many are quiet, but some shapes or movements can create light tapping or movement sounds.

Fidglets can be a wonderful support tool, but they aren’t a medical device or a replacement for professional advice. They are simply a comforting companion many people find helpful alongside other strategies.

No — they aren’t designed for chewing.

PLA is non-toxic, but chewing may damage the toy or create small parts that could become a choking hazard.

Use a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking, scrubbing or dishwashers.

Light splashes are fine, but don’t soak them. PLA can absorb moisture and lose shape.

PLA softens at around 50–60°C, so keep your Fidglet away from:

• Hot cars
• Radiators
• Heaters
• Strong direct sunlight
  

Store in a cool, shady place.

Our standard processing time is 3–5 working days.

We often dispatch sooner, and in many cases within 48 hours, but this is not guaranteed — especially during busy periods. Processing time does not include weekends or bank holidays.

If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you.

If we haven’t started printing or packing, we can adjust colours, switches or quantities.

Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.
