Welcome to 3D Fidglets (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and online store to provide products and services to you (the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products to you.

By accessing or using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years old, or
• Accessing with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display product colours, designs and details accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, materials, or 3D printing processes.

We may change or discontinue products at any time, and may limit quantities available.

3. SAFETY & AGE WARNING

Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended.

You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for the intended user. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse or failure to follow safety guidance.

4. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Customised products (including products where you select colours, tiles, or components) are made to your order.

These items cannot be returned or refunded except where faulty, in line with UK law.

5. ORDERS & CONTRACT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment has been successfully processed.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing. If payment has been taken, you will be refunded.

6. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, customs duties or import fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order acceptance.

You confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method
• The details you provide are accurate

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered or collected according to the carrier’s tracking.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, industrial action, or events beyond our control.

8. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS (UK RIGHTS)

If you are a UK customer purchasing online, you have a 14-day right to cancel most orders from the day after you receive the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To cancel, you must notify us within 14 days and return the items within 14 days of cancellation. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Exceptions:
You cannot return:

• Customised or personalised items
• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including logos, designs, text, images, and product names, is owned by 3D Fidglets or its licensors and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify or exploit any content without our written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or tools accessed through our website. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, photos, ideas or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a royalty-free licence to use, display and share that content for business purposes. You confirm you own the rights to the content you submit.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing.

12. PROHIBITED USES

You must not use the Services:

• For unlawful purposes
• To harass, abuse, or harm others
• To transmit malicious code
• To attempt to bypass security
• To resell products without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.

13. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties except where prohibited by UK law.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, transport disruption, or supply issues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
