We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. 

To request a return, please contact us at fidglets@icloud.com. If your return is accepted, we will send your the returns address and further instructions. We will not accept returns that we are not expecting. 

We will notify you once we have received your return, and let you know whether we are able to accept it or not. If accepted, you'll be automatically refunded onto your original payment method. 

 

Damaged and/or Faulty Items 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, faulty, or wrong. We will respond as soon as possible to discuss how we can make it right.
