Shipping
Our usual order processing time is 3–5 working days, although we always aim to dispatch within 48 hours where possible.
Your Create Your Own Clicker is made especially for you based on the options you choose. We keep lots of colours and components ready to go, but some elements may need to be printed specifically for your order.
Because of this, Create Your Own products may occasionally take a little longer than our usual processing time. If you need your order for a particular date, please allow a little extra time.
All orders are sent with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your parcel once it's on its way.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Fidglets. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Most non-custom items can be returned within 30 days as long as they’re unused and in their original condition. Custom or personalised items can’t be returned unless faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@3dfidglets.co.uk and we’ll put it right.
You’re responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns, and we always recommend using a tracked service.

Safety & Care
Safety Information
- All products are UKCA tested for ages 3 and up and include a choking hazard warning due to small parts. They are not suitable for children under 3.
- Some items may separate during normal use and can be reassembled easily.
- Users of any age should be mindful of small components, and younger children should be supervised.
Care Instructions
- Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Keep away from heat. PLA softens at approximately 50 to 60°C, so avoid hot cars, radiators and direct intense sunlight.
- PLA is durable but not impact resistant. Avoid bending, crushing or dropping from height.
- Store in a cool, shaded area to help maintain shape and colour.
Additional Information
- Each product is individually 3D printed, so minor variations and visible layer lines are expected.
- Made from PLA, a plant-based material with a lower environmental impact than conventional plastics.
